Florida Undergraduate Moot Court's competition team works collaboratively to craft arguments and refine writing and oral advocacy skills. They prepare through the summer and fall semester, culminating in participation in the American Moot Court Association's oral argument regional competition. In addition to oral advocacy, teams also draft a legal brief, written in accordance with the rules established by the official organization for undergraduate moot court competition, the American Moot Court Association.
